MRC is a joint venture between Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (HK) Holdings Co., Ltd., the securities business arm in Asia for Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (“MUFG”), the largest financial institution in Japan, and Roosevelt China Investment Corp, an affiliate of the Roosevelt Trust, from the well known and established Roosevelt Family in the United States. MRC invests in companies and supports companies with its expertise in Japan and the United States in terms of corporate structure, corporate strategy, and internal controls.
